Norwegian scabies is a highly contagious form of scabies that is quite common in immunosuppressed patients. Given the atypical clinical presentation, this form of the disease may remain undiagnosed for a long time. Norwegian scabies is often reported in elderly patients but can also occur in children. This article presents a clinical case of a 6-year-old patient to draw the attention of specialists to this disease in pediatric practice.

Норвежская чесотка – высококонтагиозная форма чесотки, которая довольно часто встречается у пациентов с иммуносупрессией. С учетом необычных клинических проявлений данной формы заболевание может долгое время оставаться недиагностированным. Норвежская чесотка регистрируется зачастую у пациентов пожилого возраста, но также встречается и в детском возрасте. В статье приводится клинический случай пациента 6 лет, призванный обратить внимание специалистов на данное заболевание в педиатрической практике.
