Support and promotion of exclusive breastfeeding in the first months of life contributes to the reduction of morbidity and mortality and ensures the optimal development of the child. The timely start of feeding, skin-to-skin contact, professional support from healthcare personnel, and family motivation all play a crucial role. Educational programs and counseling are particularly important in the first days after birth, and an integrated approach that includes training, professional support, and enabling environments is a promising method to improve the rates of exclusive breastfeeding and any breastfeeding.</p>
Образовательные программы и консультирование особенно важны в первые дни после рождения, а комплексный подход, включающий обучение, профессиональную поддержку и создание благоприятных условий, является перспективным методом улучшения показателей исключительно грудного вскармливания и любого грудного вскармливания.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>breastfeeding</kwd><kwd>practice</kwd><kwd>skin-to-skin contact</kwd><kwd>pediatrician</kwd><kwd>motivation</kwd><kwd>training</kwd><kwd>social factors</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>грудное вскармливание</kwd><kwd>практика</kwd><kwd>контакт кожа-к-коже</kwd><kwd>педиатр</kwd><kwd>мотивация</kwd><kwd>обучение</kwd><kwd>социальные факторы</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Hoddinott J, Alderman H, Behrman JR, et al.
