The functional components of nutrition are vitamins, carotenoids, micro- and macronutrients (calcium, magnesium, sodium, potassium, iron, iodine, selenium), dietary fiber, protein hydrolysates, polyunsaturated fatty acids, probiotics and prebiotics. The concept of functional nutrition has been developing in Russia since 1993, and these ideas were enshrined in law in 1998. Specialized products for children are created taking into account age, safety of ingredients, balance of fats, proteins and carbohydrates, vitamins, microelements, with addition of pro- and prebiotics.</p>
Специализированные продукты для детского возраста создаются с учетом возраста, безопасности ингредиентов, сбалансированности по жирам, белкам и углеводам, витаминам, микроэлементам, с добавлением про- и пребиотиков.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>nutrition</kwd><kwd>functional foods</kwd><kwd>vitamins</kwd><kwd>micronutrients</kwd><kwd>supplementation</kwd><kwd>food fermentation</kwd><kwd>probiotic cultures</kwd><kwd>children</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>питание</kwd><kwd>функциональное питание</kwd><kwd>витамины</kwd><kwd>микроэлементы</kwd><kwd>сапплементация</kwd><kwd>ферментация продуктов</kwd><kwd>пробиотические культуры</kwd><kwd>дети</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Гиппократ.
