Abstract
The purpose of this publication is to provide pediatricians with modern methods of controlling the course of diabetes mellitus in children and adolescents. The paper discusses the modern possibilities of optimizing the observation of children with type 1 diabetes mellitus in a polyclinic. In accordance with the recommended standards of medical care, the method of continuous monitoring of glycemia at the stage of primary medical and primary specialized medical care of blood glucose control is discussed.
